How it works
You stay in charge of your case. We give you the right words, the right rules and the right timing.
Tell us what happened
Describe it in plain words and upload your tickets, PCN or receipts. We pick out the facts and build a timeline.
See where you stand
We identify the rules that apply, what you could get back and any deadline you need to beat. This part is free.
Send your letter
We draft a complaint that cites the right rules. You check it, then send it from your own email.
Escalate if they say no
We track the response deadline and draft your ombudsman, tribunal or court paperwork if it comes to that.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Get It Upheld is a self-help tool. We explain the rules that apply and help you prepare your own case, and you decide what to send. For complex or high-value disputes we'll tell you when to speak to a solicitor or Citizens Advice.
Do you contact the company for me?
No. You send every letter yourself, from your own email or by post. That keeps you in control, and the company deals with you directly.
What if they still say no?
Most disputes have a next step: an ombudsman, an independent adjudicator, a tribunal or the small claims court. We show you which one applies, when you can use it, and draft the paperwork.
How far back can I claim for a flight?
In England and Wales you can usually claim for flights up to six years ago, and in Scotland up to five years.
